Participants who successfully complete the workshop will become certified MindSet instructors authorized to redeliver MindSet curriculum within their organizations.\nThis workshop will offer instructor certification for both Foundations and Complete Course.\nFoundations: a 2-day workshop focused on relationship building, verbal de-escalation, and crisis prevention. Foundations training will take place May 3-4.\nComplete Course: a 4-day workshop that includes Foundations as well as physical maneuvers and containment techniques. The Complete Course will take place May 3-6.\nThis workshop will also include a 1-day Recertification training for currently-certified MindSet instructors to renew their MindSet instructor certification.
