She is highly skilled at collaborating with district leaders, educators, and support staff to create effective behavior management systems rooted in trauma-informed care, de-escalation strategies, and relationship-building.

She thrives on creating scalable solutions that promote student well-being, improve classroom culture, and align with compliance at both state and federal levels.
Lindsay holds advanced degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Special Education, and has received numerous recognitions throughout her career, including Teacher of the Year and multiple leadership appointments at the district level. Before joining the Mindset team, she led professional development efforts both nationally and internationally through her role as Lead Consultant and Head of International Collaboration and Academic Engagement.
