MindSet
MindSet Safety Management is not just a training curriculum…

1998
Our Beginnings
At MindSet Safety Management, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of empathy, compassion, and effective behavior management. Our organization, founded by an experienced crisis intervention expert, has grown significantly since its inception with Marshall Silerās program.
In 1998, Steve McMahon first encountered Marshall Siler and his transformative philosophy on managing challenging behavior. This pivotal moment led him to move away from outdated practices like physical restraint and time-out rooms, embracing a more proactive, relationship-centered approach.
MindSet Today
By 2002, our CEO took on the role of district-wide Behavior Intervention teacher, integrating MindSet principles into his work. This evolution continued with the establishment of Intervention Support Service in 2007, focusing on MindSet Instructor Certification and school consultation. Today, MindSet Safety Management continues to advance its training curriculum, emphasizing clear principles, effective communication strategies for preventing aggressive behavior, and specific skills for managing crises.
MindSet Remains Committed
With over two decades of experience and a diverse clienteleāincluding educators, mental health professionals, and moreāMindSet remains committed to enhancing safety and empowerment through innovative training solutions.
