Beyond curriculum delivery, David provides extensive consulting and training at both district and organizational levels. His expertise spans a wide array of critical areas including Behavior Management, Collaborative Teaching, Data Analysis, Restorative Practices, PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports), Trauma-Informed Care, and Tier I Teacher Coaching.

In his recent position as Coordinator of Behavior Supports for a Title I school district, David demonstrated exceptional leadership and instructional acumen. His experience extends across various educational settings, including emergency shelters, therapeutic residential facilities, and specialized programs within the Georgia Network for Educational and Therapeutic Support (GNETS). This breadth of experience has equipped David with a nuanced understanding of the diverse needs of students and educators in challenging environments.
David’s professional journey is complemented by his personal life. He shares his life with Kathryn, a respected educator in her own right, and together they raise a family of four children in Athens, GA. Beyond their family commitments, David and Kathryn are active participants in their community, where they contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing educational opportunities and support for all learners. Their dedication reflects their belief in the transformative power of education to enrich lives and build stronger communities.
