Kristy Bone is a skilled speech-language pathologist and registered mediator with over 30 years of experience in education. In 2009, Kristy was introduced to the transformative nature of Mindset when managing children with aggressive behaviors. This knowledge inspired a shift in both personal and professional life and led to Kristy becoming a trainer in 2011,  helping others develop and apply the principles of Mindset for greater success in deescalation techniques when connecting with children in crisis.

After a fulfilling career, Kristy retired as the Chief of Student Services for Pickens County, where they shaped and supported educational programs and student services across the district. With expertise in speech-language pathology and conflict resolution, Kristy now focuses on empowering individuals and organizations to seek intentional connections with individuals and ultimately empower these children and adults to resolve conflict peacefully and with dignity.

Kristy enjoys semi-retirement with her husband Mark on their small horse farm in Georgia where they host family dinners every Sunday to stay connected with their parents, adult children, and first grand baby.
