Processing and Shipping

All manual orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier operations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, lost, or damaged packages. Any claims for lost or delayed shipments must be filed directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS).

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser, shipping delays caused by the carrier, or other events outside of our control (such as weather, labor disruptions, or theft after delivery).

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Replacement Policy

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Replacement of manuals will only be issued at the discretion of MindSet Safety Management if an error occurred on our part during processing or packaging.
