MindSet Safety Management is a team of seasoned professionals with over 215 years of collective experience, dedicated to helping organizations across various sectors cultivate a culture of prevention. We build organizational capacity through our science-based curriculum, which includes effective and compassionate crisis intervention training. By emphasizing proactive strategies over restrictive methods, we promote safety and personal growth, improve organizational culture and morale, and foster a positive environment that benefits both staff and those we serve.

This four-day in-person program focuses on verbal de-escalation, with a physical component for safety in high-risk situations.
MindSet Foundations Training
This two-day in-person train-the-trainer program centers on Mindset's foundational practice of verbal de-escalation through the 4 Step Counseling Model.
MindSet Trauma Responsive Model Classroom
Originally designed for programs in Georgia transitioning students from therapeutic settings back to their homeschool environments, this three-day in-person training has evolved alongside Mindset's nationwide expansion.
MindSet Behavior Coach Certification
Conducted over either eight months or condensed into four months, aims to enhance school district capacity by empowering teacher leaders with essential coaching skills to elevate teacher effectiveness.
