Lindsay Roga is a dedicated MindSet Specialist with over 17 years of experience in special education, behavior intervention, and district-level program development. With a strong foundation in both classroom instruction and systemic change, Lindsay brings a unique blend of compassion, expertise, and strategic thinking to every training and consultation.
Throughout her career, Lindsay has supported students with autism and emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD), developed specialized programming across school districts, and led international initiatives focused on inclusive and restorative practices. She is highly skilled at collaborating with district leaders, educators, and support staff to create effective behavior management systems rooted in trauma-informed care, de-escalation strategies, and relationship-building.

As a Certified Autism Specialist, Certified Student Mental Health Specialist, and Certified MindSet Specialist, Lindsay is passionate about empowering educators and communities with the tools they need to build positive, safe, and supportive learning environments. She thrives on creating scalable solutions that promote student well-being, improve classroom culture, and align with compliance at both state and federal levels.
Lindsay holds advanced degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Special Education, and has received numerous recognitions throughout her career, including Teacher of the Year and multiple leadership appointments at the district level. Before joining the Mindset team, she led professional development efforts both nationally and internationally through her role as Lead Consultant and Head of International Collaboration and Academic Engagement.
Driven by a belief in authentic relationships and a systems-based approach to student success, Lindsay embodies the core values of empathy, prevention, and empowerment that define the MindSet Safety Management mission.
