Initial Instructor Certification & Recertification
This workshop is a train-the-trainer event. Participants who successfully complete the workshop will become certified MindSet instructors authorized to redeliver MindSet curriculum within their organizations.
This workshop will offer instructor certification for both Foundations and Complete Course.
Foundations: a 2-day workshop focused on relationship building, verbal de-escalation, and crisis prevention. Foundations training will take place May 3-4.
Complete Course: a 4-day workshop that includes Foundations as well as physical maneuvers and containment techniques. The Complete Course will take place May 3-6.
This workshop will also include a 1-day Recertification training for currently-certified MindSet instructors to renew their MindSet instructor certification. Recertification will take place on May 5.
