With more than 11 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Monica has built her career in operational management and organizational support. Her background includes process improvement, compliance, and bridging the gap between clinical and administrative teams. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, strengthening her foundation in organizational operations and effective leadership.
Monica is drawn to MindSet’s values and its emphasis on understanding and supporting others.
