La Toya Jewell serves as MindSet Safety Management’s Administrative Coordinator, supporting the systems and processes that keep the organization’s daily operations running smoothly. In this role, she helps coordinate training activities, maintain organizational records, and provide responsive support to clients, instructors, and participants, contributing to a consistent and positive experience for those MindSet serves.

La Toya brings more than 20 years of administrative experience, including work in education, special education, and case management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Financial Accounting. Her experience has strengthened her skills in organizational coordination, financial processes, effective communication, and supporting people with diverse needs.
Beyond her professional work, La Toya serves as CEO of the ALJ Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the community and creating meaningful opportunities for children. Her commitment to service and community engagement reflects the values she brings to her work at MindSet.
